Join me for a deeply restorative online YogaNidrā session every Friday, from March 28th at 4:30 PM to April 18th at 4:30pm.
YogaNidrā, a Sanskrit word meaning Yoga and Sleep, is a guided relaxation practice of simply lying down—yes, really. Through breathwork, visualisation, and a series of eight progressive steps, this practice allows the brain to produce delta waves, the same state as deep, dreamless sleep. In just 30 minutes, your body can receive the equivalent of four hours of rest.
