Picture this: a friday night under the stars in a surprise location 30 minutes outside of Lisbon.
What to expect:
18:00 Meeting, connecting and breathwork session for grounding and arriving at Giribelo.
19:00 Blindfolded eating meditation while experiencing new tastes and flavours of the land.
19:15 A locally sourced, wild plant-based dinner by local chef, Tomas Luz.
20:30 Guided movement and sound journey with sunset.
21:00 Closing.
After a series of two successful indoor blindfolded dining events, we're taking the concept outdoors and into nature. Nestled away in the rugged beaches of Sintra. A cosy and intimate evening with other like-minded individuals is waiting for you.
The location is a well-kept secret nestled along the sandy shores of a private beach and a breathtaking waterfall tucked away in the heart of nature's embrace. We’re extending exclusive access to a secluded slice of paradise in Sintra.
Prepare to shake your senses up as we guide you through a short blindfolded eating meditation. Savoring every bite without the distraction of sight. It's a journey of trust, of surrender, and of truly connecting with the essence of what nourishes us. This meditation awakens your taste buds where you can experience food in a whole new light.
After the short meditation, enjoy the wild dinner connecting and networking. All food is created to be eaten outside in the raw elements.
As the sun sets, you will be guided on a movement and sound journey under the open sky by internationally recognised artist, Nadeya.
The evening is also an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who share your passion for living life to the fullest, and explore the rugged beaches of Sintra.
With every detail carefully curated and every logistical concern taken care of, all you have to do is show up and let the adventure unfold.
