Mindful
Nutrition

Mindful nutrition goes so much further than simply looking at the food you eat. It is broken down
into 5 pillars, each are addressed individually as we journey together:

WHAT

 Discovering the food on your
plate all over again.
Learning which foods work for your
body, and which don't.

WHY

Learning to listen to your body. Experiencing the tastes, smells, textures of the food on your plate.

HOW

Are you eating distracted? Is one hand on your phone constantly scrolling social media and the other hand eating with your fork? Diving into the HOW behind your food choices can help transform your relationship with food.

WHEN

Do you struggle to sleep regularly? Does waking up tired, rushing to work with no breakfast, feeling tired at work, coming home, napping, eating a late dinner,
repeat sound familiar?

WHY

Are your meal choices emotionally charged? I can help you take a step back to understand why you're eating to address this from a holistic perspective.

Mindful movement is any activity done with awareness of the body. It is:

  • Bringing full attention into the body and out of the mind..

  • Listening to your bodies cues..

  • Respecting what your body needs..

  • Not forcing any particular movement just because you think you 'should be' doing it..

The movement practices I teach come from years of teaching a multitude of different bodies and people around the world.

My teachings stem from Yoga, Latin Dance, Martial Arts and through going on

my own personal journey of

embodied movement which transformed the relationship I have with my sensuality.

Mindful Breathing

Close your eyes for a moment.

Take a deep breath in.

Let it out of your mouth.

Noticed a shift?

The breath is the most powerful tool you have within. From the moment you wake up until the moment you fall asleep your

breath is present. How you breath has the power to give you energy, calm you down, send you to sleep, heal trauma and invoke psychedelic responses.

How can you use your breath to connect to a deeper part of yourself?

Allow me to guide you..
