Be the Architect of your Brain

I’m an architect. But not in the regular sense.


An architect of my own brain. Building new walls and bridges every day.


When you realise that you can literally build the brain you want. You understand that there is no better or worse. There just IS.


Yes there are people that are better off or worse off than you, of course. But you are YOU. On your journey.


Recent neuroscience research has shown that having a positive perspective on where YOU are & being mindful of how you speak to yourself builds new neural pathways in your brain to say chao to negative thoughts & hola to a sharp brain, strong memory & hyper focus.


An average person has up to 60,000 thoughts every day. 95% of these are the same as yesterday & 80% of these are negative?


Don’t let that %% be you.


Build the brain your future self will be proud of by catching your self-talk throughout the day & being kinder to yourself.


This can literally start by writing down the affirmation “I Am Enough” tonight and sticking it on your mirror where you will see it every morning.
