Food restrictions..

Why I don’t believe in restricting myself with food 🍕🌮


With so many diets and rules out there it’s so hard to know what’s right & what’s wrong. The media, celebrities, brands & the government all tell us different things on what we should and shouldn’t consume.


But no one knows your body better than you, right?


So why put a restriction on foods you love just because someone online said so.


By consciously choosing the foods you eat, whether that be a spinach and brocoli omelette, or a loaded cheesy pizza, as long as it feels good for you and your body, why restrict?


The more you get to know your body & how it reacts to not just the food you put in it, but everything else you consume, the more you will genuinely want to eat the foods that previously might have been only eaten if you were ‘on a diet’.


So eat the choc chip peanut butter pancakes, drink the green juice, & stop hating yourself for having a slice of cake. You are so much more than that. 🍰
