Success is an inside job

I don’t know who needs to hear this but..

Success is an inside job.

It’s not what you do on the outside that will ultimately give you your sense of satisfaction.

Yes others praise makes us feel damn good.

But it’s those times you put the work in when no one is looking that goes the furthest.

When you do that little jump hop skip because you actually got up early and watched the sunrise when you didn’t need to.

Or kept that promise to yourself when you said you would move your body today.

These little moments are all pebbles on the road OF success.

Because I think success is something we can live every day.

Rather than it being an end goal.
