Workshop
1 July 2026 – 1 July 2026 · The Yoga Barn, Co. Kilkenny, Ireland
€45

Summer can often mean a full calendar full of festivals, weddings, parties, all layered on top of the regular demands of everyday life. Kids are off school, the sun is (hopefully) out, and it's increasingly hard to find a little extra time for yourself.
This Wednesday, 1st July, you're invited to take an evening out to replenish, refresh and rejuvenate, right down to your cells.
An immersive evening of yoga, breathwork, journaling and connection, facilitated with care and sensitivity, honouring your individual needs. This experience is open and accessible to all. No previous experience needed.
Drawing on the energy of midsummer, honouring the long days of light, the evening is designed to help you decompress, reconnect with your body, and clear your mind.
The evening flows like this:
6:30pm — Arrivals, welcome waters, and settling in.
6:45pm — Yoga with Sadhbh.
7:30pm — Short break.
7:35pm — Conscious Connected Breathwork with Niamh.
8:20pm — Deep relaxation.
8:35pm — Sound, voice, and gentle mantra, followed by a sharing circle.
8:50pm — Journaling with prompts.
9:05pm — Tea, apples, and homemade energy balls (dates, peanut butter, coconut) — time to chat and connect.
9:30pm — Goodbyes.
What you might experience through guided breathwork
This evening is guided through a lens of empowerment. You are always in control of your experience, with freedom to rest, modify, or opt out at any time. The intention is not to push or force, it's to help you remember the powerful tools you already carry within you.

About the facilitators:
Sadhbh has been practicing yoga since she was 18. It has brought her back to herself many times over since then — teaching her peace, stillness, and in her daily life, a kind of calm, groundedness and confidence that she carries with her.
For Sadhbh, yoga comes in many forms now. It's not a sequence of stretches — more a ritual, a feeling. Being kind and selfless in her actions. Remembering to connect to her breath. Allowing herself time to slow down and rest. Learning to quieten her thoughts and find peace among the chaos.
These are the things she wants to share. How to be kind. How to use our breath to calm our minds and bodies. How to give ourselves the rest we really need. How to take back a little control over our own minds.
This retreat is her invitation to you — to find what yoga has given her: a way back to yourself.
Niamh is a somatic coach . She found yoga in 2019 while navigating personal health challenges. Her journey with an IBS diagnosis and never-ending gut issues lead to her seeking answers outside the traditional health system. She began to implement tools that became the foundation of her work, and means she can share from an embodied approach today.
Her background includes training in trauma-informed yoga, breathwork facilitation, certified holistic health and functional nutrition coaching, has undertaken a Reiki Level 2 qualification, and is currently a trainee yoga therapist. Her approach weaves nutrition education with nervous system regulation, movement, breathwork, energy work and mindful nourishment to support a deeper mind-body connection, emotional resilience, clarity and embodied self-trust.
Where is the event located?
The Yoga Barn is a restored ‘clochán’ or Irish stone village, surrounded by green fields, trees, and big skies.
Hidden away in the lush Kilkenny countryside, though only 20 minutes from Waterford City, the Yoga Barn breathes peace, calm, and tranquility.
